Broadcast

Broadcast projects come in all shapes and sizes. From a small radio studio to a complete television facility, production control room, or an entire radio broadcast environment.

I can manage the technical side, but also everything around it (progam management).. Building works, electrical installations, HVAC, acoustics, AV integration, planning, suppliers, budgets, and the stakeholders involved in making a project successful.

Some clients bring me in to manage one part of a project. Others simply tell me what they want, give me the budget, show me the room, and tell me when they want to go live. From there, I take care of the rest.

Whether it’s a small upgrade or a complete greenfield project, I make sure everything comes together and gets delivered.
